Uni-Strip is our concentrated stripper designed to remove floor finishes from resilient flooring such as vinyl, vinyl composition, & vinyl asbestos. DO NOT use this product on wood floors, painted floors, linoleum, or rubber tile floors as bleaching or softening could occur. On asphalt tile, test on an inconspicuous area to determine if bleaching will occur. Dilution ratios range from 4 to 10 to 1 depending on the amount and age of the floor finish to be removed. |

19-048 SATIN FINISH
Satin Finish is a high-performance floor finish (20% solids) that is easy to apply while leaving a hard, fast-curing finish. This product will not yellow or fade in high-traffic areas. It aggressively resists heel & scuff marks, yet maintains a nonslip surface. Satin Finish is recommended for all types of tile, including marble & terrazzo. For maximum performance results, apply Satin Finish over Base Coat (see above). |
19-060 AQUA SEAL
Aqua Seal reduces floor maintenance costs by sealing concrete floors with a tough acrylic layer that eliminates porous floor absorption of waxes or finishes. This product will improve the adhesion of wax & finish which is to be applied to sealed floor surfaces. This sealing operation will enhance the luster of waxes & finishes & will improve detergent resistance, as well as prolong wear & durability of finished surfaces. One gallon of Aqua Seal will penetrate & protect 1200-2000 square feet, depending upon condition or porosity. |
19-072 NEUTRAL KLEEN
  
Neutral Kleen is a concentrated all-purpose cleaner that rinses & dries without streaking. It is effective on all washable surfaces & rinses freely with water. This product is safe for use on floor finishes & waxes to provide cleaning power without stripping old finish. At a dilution rate of 2 oz./gallon of water. Neutral Kleen is an extremely cost effective cleaner for waxed surfaces. At a recommended end use dilution of 1 or 2 oz per gallon of water. |
19-077 DE DUST
De-Dust is scientifically formulated to reduce dust and other airborne particles by attracting and holding dust like a magnet attracts and hold iron! This product will improve floor finish appearance with additional shine. De-Dust is water miscible for easy washing of dustmop heads. It is also an excellent product for polishing furniture, painted plastic, etc. De-Dust can be used for general dusting as well. |
19-092 SPRAY BUFF
Spray Buff is specially designed for easy cleaning & restoration of finished floors in conjunction with high speed & ultra high speed buffing procedures. This product is diluted with water to make a ready to use concentrate which is further diluted by the end user to mop onto floors. When it dries, it is buffed to a wet look brilliance. It is formulated for easy application and restoration of finished floors. It may be used as a spray on or mop on application, and works well with either buffing or burnishing (high speed) to produce a high gloss shine. |
19-180 WET LOOK FLOOR FINISH
Wet Look, (28% solids) provides a spectacular gloss when used with high speed buffers. This high speed finish was developed especially for compatibility with extra high speed buffing machines. A spectacular gloss develops when buffing with 1500 RPMs or more. Wet Look has a very durable heel & scuff mark resistant finish. This product gives floors the wet look designed for heavy traffic while providing great durability! |
